It's an absolute privilege to write this review for our realtor Jim McKenna. We initially chose Jim as the agent to sell our parents' home based on excellent reviews and experience, but his services far exceeded expectations. Jim was personable and his communication exceptional throughout the entire process...keeping us all informed, welcoming feedback, and answering questions promptly. He paid close attention to any concerns we had, even offering to consult with his own professional resources which proved very helpful. Jim expertly managed marketing the property, pricing it competitively, and hiring professionals for photo/video presentation and mailers. The finished listing was bright and welcoming, and a perfect buyer was found shortly after his first open-house. A contract was signed two weeks after the first showing, closing just a month later, and selling for over the asking price! Our family couldn't have asked for a better outcome handled by such a knowledgeable and understanding agent, especially respectful of our parents leaving their memory-filled home behind. Jim's professionalism in overseeing all aspects of this sale, and in co-ordination with our lawyer, made what could have been an overwhelming process...virtually uncomplicated.
