Hi team Jims, thank you for such a nice keepsake of our home...Maria & I truly appreciated your professionalism throughout the entire endeavor beginning with the numerous showings throughout the Northport / Fort Solanga neighborhoods culminating in the sale of our home. Its been my pleasure working with Jim, he & his team have worked diligently and assisted us with our home purchases multiple times. His fair and honest approach is refreshing & he always has all-parties best interests in mind. He possesses a considerable amount of local knowledge and often knows what is happening with homes we had brought to his attention where we could regroup, make decisions, and ultimately act fast given the market. A lot of home owners have a team (a plumber, electrician, accountants, contractors, etc)- without blinking Jim, and Jim Sr, are considered that. Appreciate all the continued help! : )
