Because my siblings and I live in different parts of the country, we needed realtors we could trust to manage the process carefully, communicate clearly, and keep everything moving. James and Jim did all of that and more.They were thoughtful and thorough in preparing and marketing the house, and their knowledge of the local market resulted in multiple strong offers. Once we accepted an offer, James remained closely involved through every step of the process, following up consistently and helping resolve the inevitable questions and complications that arose along the way.What impressed me most was how responsive, practical, and genuinely invested they were.
