This past summer (2024), my wife and I worked with Jim on a concurrent purchase and sale prior to the birth of our first child. I have all great things to say about Jim, and highly recommend him (10/10!).After our initial conversation, it was quite clear that Jim was invested in helping us find a home, and he truly put in the time and effort to learn about us and our preferences. Early on, we could tell he genuinely cared and wanted to support us in our home buying (and selling) journey. Jim is very responsive and knowledgeable, and a great communicator. I asked a lot of questions, and he always provided thorough, prompt responses with a positive attitude. Importantly, working with Jim was also always comfortable; he is in no way pushy and was very easy to work with.Thanks to Jim, we were able to out-negotiate two other offers on the buy side (including an all-cash offer), and then quickly list and accept an offer on the sell side. We definitely tested his ability to negotiate and then market under pressure, and he delivered. After contracts were signed, Jim continued to help us navigate pre-closing to dos with his extensive knowledge and network of vendors. As a bonus, on a few occasions Jim helped us coordinate with the previous homeowners to see the house prior to closing in order to adequately plan certain work. Ultimately, Jim ensured flawless closings within a day of each other and a few weeks prior to our baby's expected arrival. After closing, Jim continues to be in touch and has helped us adapt to homeownership.Again, thank you Jim. For all those looking for a realtor, look no further!
